Anyone familiar with Rehoboth Beach?

Anyone familiar with Rehoboth Beach?
We are looking into this as a possible place to rent a house for a week this summer but I know nothing about it. There is north, south or just Rehoboth. Is there a difference between them? Is one a better area than another? We will be travelling with 3 kids ages 2 and 4. Thanks.

my husband and I went July 2009 and stayed in a B&B. We LOVED evrything about RB. The food was great, great scene. The beach was crowd we rented bikes and rode around. We also went to Ocean City MD for lunch one afternoon,its about an hour away. You'll love it!

We went to Rehoboth in July 2007. We stayed by Jungle Jim's right off Rt 1. I liked the location since we were about a mile from the beach.
Here's the actually place we rented. Not sure what part of Rehoboth it would be considered.
