I am fuming right now b/c of JC Penny's delivery agency

I ordered a coffee table about 3-4 weeks ago. It was backordered, but I really liked it so I decided to wait. The delivery company calls and gives us a window of 12-4 for the table to be delivered. They show up to my house at 11 a.m and our neighbor calls my DH who took the day off but was at the park with DD. DH rushes home, gets in @ 11:10 and delivery company is gone. DH calls JCP and they said delivery company called and said they waited until 11:30. Um, what??? DH calls driver directly. Driver says there is nothing he can do, he's in queens and off to Jersey. He wouldn't answer DH when asked why were you an hour early??? I'm so pi$$ed, I just cancelled the order. They can shove it! I can't believe some people. BTW...it's Exel delivery

try raymour and flanigan..3 day delivery
and today my window was 11 to 3 for my couch, i got a call at 10:50 that they'd be there in fifteen minutes.
