I would say it depends on if you're breastfeeding. At 3weeks pp, maybe 15-18lbs? By no means does this mean you'll be wearing your pre-pregnancy clothes.

Re: can i come in for one question?

I lost like 28 lbs pp within about 3 weeks but my body is so different and a lot of my prepreg clothes didn't fit the same afterwards.

With my first pregnancy, I dropped all my preggo weight by my 6 week pp check up. This time, I have already droipped most of it. HOWEVER, I am by no means where I should be and need to lose 20 more pounds. But I agree with pp, nothing is ever the same anyway even when you get back to your pre-preggo weight.

Re: can i come in for one question?

Off the bat- possibly right after delievery, you can lose up to 20 lbs. That is all the water weight, baby weight, placenta, ect... But after that, it comes off slowly...like a few pounds here and there. It is not like you can start vigerious exercise right away, nor will you feel like you can. Your body will have just been through so much from delievery. But even with 20 so pounds coming off, the shape of your body for the 1st month is still weird.

I lost 25 lbs a week after delivery. 20 of those were off the day I came home from the hospital.
