What do you have covering your sliding doors?

I have a 6 ft sliding door in my kitchen, right now it has vertical blinds and I'd like to do something different. What do you have covering your sliding door? Pictures would be great! Thanks

I have Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades on my sliding doors. They look great lowered, and disappear entirely into the headrail when raised.

They don't sell ours anymore at JCPenny, but they have other ones that are similar. They are sliding panels. We love them.

I love these! In fact, I like these much better than the ones JCP currently has for sale. How many panels is your set?

i have sliders in my living room and master bedroom....right now i just have curtains (pics in my album) but i am thinking of adding a custom size bamboo shade in the bedroom - i want to do something similair to this:

the only thing is the bamboo we like doesn't really offer much more privacy which is nice b/c it lets in sunlight but i don't know if it solves the privacy issue - we face a wooded area but i'd like to have a little something anyway - just b/c you never know...

we were considering plantation shutters but they are so expensive and i feel like we'd have to do them throughout the entire house on all the windows or else it would be weird to have them just on the sliding doors...but they are my favorite and i think they are gorgeous...
