furniture color question

We have an open floor plan. My living room flows into my kitchen (the area where you would put a kitchen table) into my sunroom (which will become our dining room)

Our living room tables are all in cherry and our HW floors are on the dark side. Our kitchen cabinets are also on the darker stained side, close to the floor color.

We need a kitchen set. We want a wood table and chairs. My question is, because it is an open floor plan, should I continue to go with a cherry finish (like in the living room) or something else. Will it look to much of " all the same" or "matchy matchy"? Im just not sure what other finish would really make sense.

You could probably do a darker wood if you dont want to continue with the cherry. The cherry does look nice though, It probably wouldnt look too repetitive.
