not too early in my book. I would have fruit/veggies though to try and hold you off, or vice versa.
I was starving about an hour ago and had a banana which tied me over till now, in which I'm enjoying my salad.

i had lunch at 11:30 cause i was so hungry. around 2:30 I will have a yogurt that should hold me over till dinner.

I held off till 12:30 - Smart One and I made fresh steamed brocoli - fresh strawberries for desert.
