I need help finding a comforter too

we painted, i got new curtains, although i love the striped one i have, it's not cutting it.
we moved onto the kitchen before i finished the last touches on my bedroom.
HELP!
The picture above the bed my mom made, i was thinking about a white frame? i was going to paint our wedding picture frame white too.
otherwise, i will move moms picture somewhere else, if i could find a darn picture with those colors in it.

do you want to stay in the blue/cream/tan family or would you be willing to go warmer and change the window treatments as well?

i want to keep the color panels on the window. i didn't know if i should do a simple white?
