I have. I believe it has been revamped recently. It was fabulous when I stayed--a really gorgeous place--I would recommend it

Yes! DH and I stayed there about 8 years ago and loved it and from what I hear, they recently updated it.

I'm going to Miami next week, I am not staying there but I have heard from friends that have since the renovation and its supposed to be AMAZING.

It's not located in South Beach so you can't walk to SB (need to drive-could walk but it is about 25 long blocks)....it needed major renovations (it was very old and yucky) which they completed and now it is great! You will have a good time!

It is such a beautiful hotel but I would not stay there it is too far from everything if you ask me. There are plenty of hotels in South Beach that are really nice to stay at and much closer to everything. I stay at the Gansevoort and it is beautiful!

It's a beautiful hotel but like others have said it's far from the main strip...will need cabs everywhere you go.
