13th day on Gonal-F and NOTHING!
So i just went in for a check this morning, day 13 (CD15) on the gonal-f injections and I don't have any measurable follies! They started me out at 37.5iuis and just up'd this to 75iuis on Friday and there's nothing going on.
What dose were you ladies perscribed and on what day did you have measurable follies? Thanks!

I normally have a 24-27 day cycle, so I have a follie on CD3 usually. When I was on Gonal-F, I usually had measurable follies by CD10. But I think it depends on your diagnosis and length of your cycle.

Everyone is different.
I was on an astounding amount of stim meds. Sometimes they need to up it.
Are you doing IUI or IVF?

Yeah, I figured but just wanted to have something to compare myself to I guess.
I really really think that my dosage needs to be up'd A LOT bc I've been injecting for 13 days with no results! I asked my RE this morning if we can up it again and she said she would call me this afternoon after my blood test results come in and will possibly increase the dose. I understand they want to go low and slow to avoid hyperstimming, but I'm just getting very impatient!
We are doing IUI this cycle.

I don't know your background, but I was on much higher doses than that. My first IUI I did 225 each day and I had a few follicles by CD7 or 8. Sounds like they are playing it very safe.

I have PCOS and don't ovulate on my own. Clomid didn't have much of an effect so they moved me over to injectons.
I agree with you and think they are playing it TOO safe.. we are wasting so much time on these low doses and I really feel like my body needs much more than a dose of 75 to O!

I started on 300 u, after 6 days I had 3 measurable follies. They lowered my dose by half and added menopur. He just lowered my gonal f again, yesterday, in half. He says its weird, but once they start to measure, they lower the dose to keep maturing.
They addes menopur for an extra boost, which I think helped me a lot.
