Linguini with Clam Sauce - canned clams
how do you make this? I have some canned clams and i have never done this before.
I want to do a white wine or red sauce. No white sauce.
Help!

I have a great recipe and it is really easy.
2 10 oz. canned clams 4 tbsp butter 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed 1/4 tsp parsley 1 tbsp sherry or white wine pepper to taste
Drain the clams but save the juice Microwave garlic and butter 1-2 mins Add clam juice, microwave 2-3 mins add everything else and microwave for 1-2 mins. Add to linguine and your done. So easy and quick.

I saute some 1-2 cloves chopped garlic in olive oil, add in two cans chopped clams with their juice, a nice amount of fresh parsley, black pepper or some red pepper flakes a little salt and dried or fresh basil and a nice glug of white wine. Let simmer for a little while.
