First RE Appointment - What Do I Need to Know and Ask?

I have my first appointment with the RE (LIIVF) on Monday. I have long cycles (40-42 days) and my FIL and BIL have fertility issues. My OB/Gyn wanted me to start Clomid, but I didn't want to take it unmonitored so off to the RE we go.

I'm going to the OB/Gyn tomorrow for a pelvic sono to see if my arcuate uterus is caused by a fibroid. They'll also have DHs SA results, so tomorrow is a big day for test results. I'll get a copy of the results to bring to the RE. I already sent them a copy of my HSG results. Anything else I need to know for the RE appointment, or anything else I should bring or ask about?

They will pretty much ask you about your whole history, so I'm sure they'll cover everything... My first appointment at LIIVF, I met with the doctor, spoke for a while, and then he did a pelvic exam and sonogram to check how things looked.
