DQ Alpha Match/HLA Questions

Has anyone had these tests? I had bloodwork at the RE yesterday for extensive immune testing before we do FET #1. These are two of the tests and I was just wondering if anyone had them and how serious is it if you and your DH are a match? IVF 1 was a BFN but I as well as well as RE believe I have some type of immune issue where my body is rejecting all of these pregnancies. With my c/p's and this IVF I get/got a fever, nausea and cramping during implantation time and my body rejects. Has anyone had succes with Intralipids?

DH and I tested positive...while I was already pregnant. Was put on prednisone right away but unfortunately, I miscarried soon after. Still waiting for AF so we haven't begun treatments but next cycle, they will include Intralipids, prednisone and Lovenox for my blood clotting disorders.

DH and I are not a complete match but have some similarities. Doc is not concerned about that but I have other immune issues.

I am on prednisone and I have done an intralipid infusion.

I might do another.

DH and I are the worst match, I think its 4.1. I also have homozygous MTHFR. I have a 3 y/o and did suffer an ivf miscarriage but I am now 25 weeks pg. I have done dexamethasone until 12 weeks and 2 intralipid infusions, so far so good. ETA I forgot i am on lovenox 2x a day as well. I don't know how I could have forgotten that I shoot myself in the stomach everyday.
