Delicious recipe!
Rigatoni Alfredo w/Broccoli and Chicken
1/2 lb rigatoni mezzo
4 thin chicken cutlets
2 cups frozen broccoli
1 packet Knorr Garlic Alfredo sauce mix
Garlic powder
Salt/pepper
Italian seasoning
Milk
Butter
Parmesan
Cook rigatoni till al dente. Steam broccoli till cooked. Cube chicken and sautee in olive oil till browned, sprinkle w/salt and pepper. In skillet with chicken, prepare sauce mix according to directions (1 1/2 cup milk, I use FF and 1 tsp butter). Bring to a boil and simmer. Add rigatoni and broccoli, sprinkle w/additional garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Top w/parm.
It was delish!! I made a huge pot and FH ate it all!!
