sweet potato fries
If I want to make these can I just cut them into strips and then bake or do they have to boil for little bit first then bake?

I cute them into strip and bake without boiling. They come out really nice and crispy on the outside, soft inside. I toss them in some grapeseed oil with salt, pepper and paprika and spread them on a baking sheet. I cook them in the convection for 25 mins at 425.

The only thing I would add to the above post is DO NOT CROWD THE PAN. They have to have a little room or they don't crisp up properly.
