Hair roots...........

How often do you get them touched up? I feel like my hair grows soooo fast and I'm in the salon every 4-6 weeks....Is that normal? or should I let them show a little?

How visible are they? That would be my determination. I get my hair colored a very dark brown but my natural color is a medium brown so my roots aren't visible right away to anyone but me. I go every 2-3 months.

I'm not a fan of dark roots on light hair, or vice versa, so if that means going every 4 weeks I would.

They also make root touch-up products you can try.

Depends how fast your hair grows.
I used to be able to wait about 3 months- that was PUSHING it.
But with the pregnancy my hair is growing faster so I have to go more often...

I'm really pushing it at 6 weeks. My hair is getting so gray I cant stand it!

Thanks girls.........I guess it's normal to go that often...... I have highlights so I don't think the OTC product would work for me

By 6 weeks I am overdue. The blonde highlights against my brown is a little too noticeable for my liking
