I think I'm ready to make a change
Uh, I swear this weight thing is an ongoing saga in my life. I have just been feeling like crap and think enough is enough. Nobody is going to do this for me, so I need to step up and take charge!
I think I am going to try the Fat Smash Diet because it has a detox for 9 days. I feel like my body needs that. I've never done anything like this & I'm sure it is going to be torture for me lol but I'm going to try. Has anyone tried this?

Never tried a detox but good luck! I'm going to attempt going to the gym on my lunch break everyday this week to jump start something
