Side dish for pork tenderloin
I'm making pork tenderloin with sauerkraut tonight for dinner. I have NO idea what to make along side of it. Any ideas?

When I make a pork tenderloin I put red potatoes (quartered) baby carrots and onion wedges around it in the pan as it cooks, I usually put the potatoes in the microwave or boil them for a little bit first so they start to get soft. Before cooking I toss the veggies in olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary or whatever herbs I'm using on the pork.
ETA: if yo are cooking the saurkrat with the pork obviously you won't want to do what I listed above. I'd make green beans to go with that and have dinner rolls on the table too.

Mashed or Roasted Potatoes, String beans w/almonds, Applesauce, buttered noodles, Roasted Broccoli!
