We use the plastic bags to pick it up. We try to pick it up as soon as he goes.

We have "the scoop" - it's a mini rake and pan on a long handle. Works well for us.

Us too. Although right now with the snow she has been venturing into our 24" of snow and we're leaving it until the snow melts. Massive pick-up will be necessary after that!
