So I joined but am confused!!
So you buy the chips for the .60 each...then you bid on items. Then whatever the price at the end is, is what you pay?

Yes, you also pay the winning price.
There were a few posts on this board last week about Lucky Chic. Run a search or just go back a few pages - I think there were 3 or 4 separate posts.
