O yesterday or today (Friday trigger)? chart included

can someone take a peek at my chart on the link below and let me know what you think??
from this mornings spike i feel like i may have O'ed yesterday. my trigger was Friday night at 10:30pm.
however the last 2 hours i feel like my left ovary (where my two mature follies were) is just one big giant cramp. kinda similar to O pains ive felt in the past.

any thoughts? it doesnt matter that much - I am expecting a bigger spike tomorrow to confirm O def happened - just wondering what you all think...

Definitely looks like you O'd yesterday! Of course we need to see the sustained thermal shift to be sure, but as of right now, I'd say yesterday was your day!

thanks for replying! i am def expecting a post-O temp tomorrow morning.
the only reason i think i may have O'ed today was cause of the pain i have felt all day in my ovaries. however since i had 2 mature follies i guess its possible that they released at different times.
