I surprised myself today
I have been doing WW for the past 2 weeks but I didnt go for my weigh in this week. I had AF and felt bloated and to be honest dont feel much of a difference in my waistline so I didnt want to weigh in and be disappointed.
Anyway, I jumped on my own scaled this morning and if the numbers are right, I've lost 7 lbs!  I am going to check again when I go home to make sure it wasn't a fluke

congrats.
JMO, but I truely feel the key to success is weekly weigh-ins. I did WWs in the past and without weekly weigh-ins, I don't think I'd hit my goal. Whether you have AF or crappy, face the scale and move on. Sorry

You're totally right! I just chickened out and was afraid to be discouraged.
