yup! They delivered mine on a 95% melted ice pack!

yeah i noticed the ice pack and mine was totally melted. i didnt even know what it was at first.

Yea when I got it last night there was an ice pack. I was like what is this at first then DH was like I am sure it has to be cold. We used it right away so need for refrigeration here.
