Drinking so much water I'm FREEZING!!!
Ok, so I'm generally pretty good about getting my water in. But in the last week, after a full bottled water, I'm freezing!!! I can't drink luke warm water. I know its also cause its freezing out. EEK!! And I need water this week because I had only 1 yesterday do to the Superbowl (no excuse, I know).
Any tips. I'm not gonna add crystal light, I don't care for that stuff.
