It's definitely better than nothing!
I'm having such a hard time lately too. It's cold and dark in the mornings when I usually get up to go to the gym. ugh- I'm ready for warm weather!

Me too and on a treadmill! I have a half marathon in like 6 weeks and have zero time to train!
