How many WW points are lunch meats?
Ham?
Roast Beef?
Turkey?
Salami?
In the book it seems like 1 pt. per slice but online it says 1 pt. per 2 oz. How much is 2 oz...1 or 2 slices?

It depends on the brand. Boars Head is usually the lowest in points. I think it's 1 pt for 2oz of chicken or turkey

This is true..so, if you get a 1/4 lb. you can either have 2 pts worth of meat or split it into 2 sandwiches, depending

I get the Deli Fresh...they're 1 pt for 6 slices (turkey)

I use Hormel Natural Choice and I believe they are 1pt for 4 slices of Turkey
