Where do you buy your fish? Have you ever bought it from BJ's?
BJ's has a frozen section with fish raw and prepared fish (like parmesan crusted tilatpia). Have you ever tried them? I really want to start eating fish since I am on WW plus it's healthier.

I buy fresh tilapia in bulk from Costco... then I freeze them in bags (with 2 servings, for me & DH)

I do them same thing except I usually buy from BJ's. I have also bought Cod fillets and froze them in portions. I have only bought "already prepared" as in tortilla crusted tilapia from omaha steaks. We love it.

Either Fish Market or Waldbaums (shrimp and Flounder when on sale--my Waldbaums has really good fresh fish).
Not long ago I bought frozen flounder though  DH and I hated it

I only buy fish from Costco, but I don't have a BJ's membership. Im sure there's is the same!
We buy the fresh red snapper (had it tonight actually) I also buy the frozen tilapia.

I am really picky about fish- I go to a fish market in East Meadow. If I get one piece of nasty smelling fish I will not eat it again for a very long time. I have had fish from Costco and it was good, I have had fish from BJ's years ago and it was awful.
