Cheesecake
Does anyone have a really good recipie for Cheesecake? I wan to make one for Superbowl Sunday

Vanilla cheesecake
I always make this and I am known for my cheesecakes. I don't make the cranberry topping and I add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, b/c vanilla beans don't have tons of vanilla taste to them.
I also use an 8 inch pan and adjust the cooking time.
I make my own crust as well.
The filling is a recipe to die for.
I have a chocolate cheesecake recipe if you want to do that instead.

Everyone raves about this cheesecake and requests it all the time:
Cheesecake
5 packs philadelphia cream cheese, softened 2 cups sugar 6 lg eggs 4 TB flour 4 tsp vanilla 16 oz sourcream
Graham Cracker Crumbs Crust: 1 1/4 c graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 5 TB margarine, melted
Mix Softened Cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs -- beat. ad flour, vanilla -- beat. add sourcream-- beat.
Press crumb mixture on bottom of spring form pan. Pour in cream cheese mixture
Bake 400 for 45 minutes Bake 350 10 minutes Turn oven off, leave door open 15 minutes.
