OMG...the fur is flying!
I read that labs shed in the fall and spring but Jensen is shedding like crazy now! His fur is all over everything. I can't keep up!. When he brushes up against me, he coats my clothes in his fur. Is anyone else experiencing this with their lab? Please tell me that it will eventually stop

I don't have a lab, but our dogs are shedding right now too. They do seem to have two "major" sheds a year, with smaller ones in between, but they're not always exactly in the fall and spring. Nothing much you can do besides brush them extra and vaccuum a lot for a few weeks.

I just ordered that a few days ago :) I'm hoping that this is his shedding season and that it is not a permanent thing.

My mostly-lab mix is shedding more now than ever as well (we got her in the early summer so I can't comment on springtime shedding yet!).
I brush her a lot and it seems to help... but only a little.

Ooo I have a furminator.....that thing is AMAZING....the amount of hair that comes off my labs is unreal...I could easily make another yellow Lab out of the fur it gets off him!
