Does anyone work for the Diocese Rockville Center
Wondering if the insurance covers infertility treatments such as clomid...I am a teacher on leave right now...

Empire BCBS but i ask because my insurance does not cover things like birth control because it is against catholic beiefs etc...so im wondering about assisted reproductive stuff...

Empire Plan (Government) provides a lot of coverage. Not sure about other Empire insurance coverage though. I would call your insurance carrier directly because they can also tell you procedures (authorizations and such) that you will want to know before getting started.

I called, no coverage for iui or ivf-so far i dont think I need either but only time will tell...

I thought NY State had things that were mandatory to be covered ? I'll try to look into it for you but maybe another girl knows info too....

Religious organizations do not need to cover fertility treatments or anything that is "against" their religious beliefs.
