missed my PIO shot
hey gals.
I feel alseep way eary last night and totally forgot about my daily PIO shot. Do I take two today? Just wait to do my regular shot tonight? ugh.

I probably would do one now and then another one at night at your usual time, but you might want to check with your dr.
