Not sure what size you need, but I saw a whole bunch at Costco and BJ's.

I think there is an on line store called Flur or Flour or something like that. They advertise in thew CB2 catalogue and they sell and manufacture outdoor floor tile carpet squares. You can mix and match them and easily store them after the summer season is over.
