Quiche?
Would you say this is a main dish, or a side dish? Could I serve it with eggplant parmigiania? What other dishes would you serve?

i think of quiche as a very filling side...
but you can present it as a main entree by serving it with a salad...

i think it depends on the quiche. if it doesn't have meat in it dh doesn't think it is main dish. crazy since it has eggs in it.
