WW girls...what do you generally eat during the day?
I have done WW in the past and just resigned but I feel like I need to be creative and try new things.
What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks?

Re: WW girls...what do you generally eat during the day?
For breakfast I have their blueberry oatmeal (so sad they are retiring it) made with milk, add a teaspoon of peanut butter and a small banana cut up. It is amazing! For lunch I have usually either left overs from dinner or a lean cuisine/ww tv dinner. For dinner I have been cooking every night trying to make healthy things. I bought several cookbooks. Last night I made stir fry, the night before split pea soup. I also try to use my slow cooker a lot.

it depends on the day.

Lunch (during the week) smart ones soup rice bowls from Au Bon Pain sometimes leftovers weekends: grill cheese, peanut butter/jelly (both I share with my DS)

Its 6 points 2- oatmeal, 1- milk, 2- banana and 1- pb It is so good and seriously I eat it at 7:30am and am not hungry till about 12:30 -1pm. I sometimes (not often) will have a egg and with that I can be hungry 2 hrs later.

Re: WW girls...what do you generally eat during the day?
I am not following to a tee but gained a few lbs during the holidays and it hard to get it off so this is what I eat:
B - High fiber oatmeal and small pack of almonds: 4 pts or 2-3 hard boiled egg whites for 1 pt S - Greek Yogurt: 2pt L: turkey on high fiber wrap with lettuce and a little light Italian dressing: about 5 pts Side of carrots or veggie: 0 Snack Apple - 1 Dinner - veggie and a protein, sometimes I make things fried or not so healthy for dinner but I just try and portion it!

Re: WW girls...what do you generally eat during the day?
Breakfast: Multi grain cheerios with milk and either a banana or apple. Whole wheat bagel scooped out with ww cream cheese. English muffin with very little butter and strawberry jelly and either a banana or apple
morning snack: fruit of some sort
Lunch: Usually a salad with grilled chicken and a little bit of cheese with a low fat dressing. Other days I'll have half a grilled chicken sandwich with low fat swiss on a roll with a small salad, turkey or ham and ww cheese on arnold flat or wheat bread, slice of pizza with a salad.
Dinner: Tacos, grilled chicken, pizza, pasta, all with salad or veggies of some sort.
Other snacks: Fiber One bars, various fruits, ww snacks, sometimes 100 calorie packs, ww cheese sticks, fat free pudding packs, sugar free jello.
I try to stay away from lean cusine meals because of the sodium and honestly, I don't feel like you save a lot on points with them. I can't justify the 6 points frozen pizza ones when I can get a fresh slice of awesome pizza for the same 6 points.
