working out in the morning
i used to get up everyday and work out....then the holidays hit, and then i got sick, so it has been months since my last work out
fast forward to today and i get up to work out and only made it about 15 minutes when i started to feel very dizzy and light headed, i pushed on just stopping to take a drink every 5 minutes and sit down a minute to stop the light headed feeling, this has never happened to me before and i am wondering........
do you get right up and work out?
do you eat anything first? if so what do you eat??

When I used to run in the mornings (stopped for the winter) I would just have a glass of orange juice and go. I only did a few miles, so 30-40 mins was my general workout time.

Whether I eat or not all depends on what time I ate dinner the night before.
Some days I eat really early like 5:30 so on days following that dinner I eat a Balance bar and or banana before my workout. On evenings that I eat heavier and/or later I usually have enough in me to get me through a workout.
