Excessive Tongue Flickering/Air licking???
Does anyone's dog do this???
Over the past week or two this is something that Milo seems to be doing more and more. He will just start like flickering his tongue in and out of his mouth as if he is licking the air. He will do this on and off a few times a day and it will last for a few minutes at a time. What is this????

could it be acid in his tummy?? Does he puke sometimes? I know lola does this when she has an upset tummy

he could have a runny nose! my cat does that when his nose runs b/c he tries to lick it dry
