French toast souffle (sp)
Try foodnetwork.com for a simple recipe.
Basically you make eggy french toast the night before, put it in a dish to let the eggs set in, then just bake in the morning.
I think jello had a panna cota recipe - maybe it was the kraft food magazine. Basically, it translates to "cooked cream" (I think).
A package of jello, yogart, maybe a few other things - water? very simple & light - you can make whatever flavor you like - I always did raspberry - and then put some fresh raspberries on top so people knew what flavor it was. It doesn't taste like yogart though so that's good.

Re: brunch menu ideas.
I did the french toast souffle and it burnt on the bottom. No idea why, the top was raw.
I would do bagels, pastries, easy to eat and move around kind of food.

Re: brunch menu ideas.
My guess would be either it was too close to the bottom or the oven was too high.
If you were concerned - try it again in a hot water bath. Like most souffles are baked.

Breakfast pizza is quick, easy and usually a big hit.
Or you can do a few different types of frittata or quiche with a baked french toast and some mimosas and a fruit salad.
