please reccomend an all-inclusive in DR
We are going for a mini-family reunion in June. And wanted your suggestions for a family friendly all-inclusive in DR. Looking to stay in the east - Punta Cana, Bavaro, La Romana ect. TIA

We stayed at the Majestic Colonial, the rooms where amazing and they had an awesome infinity pool it was huge! I would love to go back there!

We stayed at Iberosar Bavaro when we went and it was FANTASTIC.
There are 3 resorts on one property and you can use the facilities at all of them. Great food and atmosphere!

OOPS, just saw you need Family Friendly, sorry.
Highly recommend Excellence in Punta Cana. I was just there in July and loved it. Food is great and you can eat dinner at any time, at any restaurant, no reservations needed which I really liked.
Check Trip Advisor also, great reviews.

We just got back from Majestic Elegance (connected to Majestic Colonial but I believe is newer - supposedly built in 2008).
I was trying to choose between Dreams La Romana and Majestic Elegance and picked Majestic Elegance. I wish I picked Dreams La Romana.
I had read mixed reviews on the Majestic resorts on tripadvisor. I thought the food at Majestic was horrendous. It took FOREVER to get our room cleaned. We kept coming back to a dirty room. The staff is mixed. Some of the staff is super friendly and great while others were just plain rude.
However, we still had a good time. It was our first family vacation and DS enjoyed being in the pool and seeing palm trees for the first time. Our suite was huge and nice.
Personally I wished I had picked another resort.
