thanks for asking! Amazing, so amazing. DH was able to make it after all. He explained to his professor and the professor had no problem with it. Everything looked great. The tech was the sweetest. She tried forever to get the best pics possible. It is such a crazy, lovey, surreal moment. DH was shocked. I completely down played it in case he could not come. I can't wait for the next one!!

thanks!! I am so in love. The tech thought it was so funny how DH and I were reacting. She said it would be worth it for her to take the trip to NC to watch us get a 16 week sonogram.
It was so funny, we talked about this baby for 11 years. And there it was.

It's amazing, because you know you are pregnant, the tests say so, then to see this little thing that you created that will be in your arms one day is just amazing!

Wow, that is a GREAT picture! I'm so glad the tech took the time with you and DH. Congrats!
And, yes, it does make it more real to see baby wiggling around in the belly.

So glad your Dh could be there with you - seeing that little bean is downright surreal isn't it? I still find it hard to believe there is a little baby in my belly
