What should I make with pork & sauerkraut?
I made a pork loin with sauerkraut in the crockpot, what should I serve with it? Maybe some kind of potatoes?

in my family pork is always served with applesauce. maybe roasted potatoes or mashed would be good.

I'd do potato pancakes or roasted potatoes. And yeah.. my kids will not eat pork unless there is some applesauce with it!
