Back ache
Anyone have any good remedies for this? It's in the same spot because I tripped 3 weeks ago and it just keeps coming back. I've been using icy hot and DH rubs it for me. Any other suggestions? When I sit at work it's torture!

Here is an article from Web MD that has helped me. I did the pelvic tilt when I was having severe lower back pain, and it helped.

i went to the chiropractor today for my back pain which really helped and he recommended several exercises, one of which is the pelvic tilt. 10 reps, 2 x a day.
