semi-permanent hair dye & where to find it
I searched on here and noticed people recommended L'oreal ColorSpa... Do they carry it anywhere?
Anything else you suggest? Thank you! I need to cover my greys before I go back to work

Is Sally's the only beauty supply store open to the public? I am totally clueless- I used to get my hair dyed at a salon- I've never stepped foot in a supply store
