Ralph Rottens on 110 across from Walt Whitman is pretty good. Dylan's Candy bar in RF is also great.

I heard they have a good one at the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. I think it's called Sugar. I need to get swirly pops too so I might head over there to check it out.

Not sure if they have Swirly Pops but it is a good candy store! They have a huge selection so I am sure they have what you are looking for.
