It was done at home about a week ago. I hate it. It's ugly. Can I go to my colorist or is it too soon?

I came out black? Is the color even?I would get some barely there highlights (light brown)--As far as time goes, I think it should be fine. I have colored my hair a new color, hated it, ran to CVS, and colored it again the same night.(but that's just me) When you make the appointment, I wouldn't use the term color correction. -There's no telling what they will charge you then.

the only way they are going to be able to lighten black hair, without getting brassy, is to pull out the color. They will have to do heavy highlights. Its going to kill your hair, but when my hair comes out too dark, I dont care anymore at that point LOL I want the color OUT.
