UGH - Im totally falling off the wagon
I havent exercised in two days, I went 7pts over on WW yesterday and 10.5pts today.
What do you do to get your motivation back?

I get on the scale.
Seriously, though- when I have a couple of bad days I weigh myself to get a good dose of reality and WHY I am on the diet to begin with!

Don't say I will start again on Monday....Start again NOW!!! Remember this shouldn't be a diet, it's a life style change...so there will be days that you eat worse than you normally would, or don't have the time to workout...so you just get back to your regimine (not diet) now!
Two days off your regimine is not going to reverse everything you have done since the beginning of the year. But a week will...remember your enthusiasm and reasons for this change.

I bought an outfit that I want to wear once I loose the weight. I look at it everytime I'm having a bad day.
Or, I think about the future. I always think to myself, do I want to be sitting at my birthday party still overweight, knowing that if I had stayed on program I'd be my goal weight?
Here is something I read a lot also.
If you indulge a bit, STOP and COUNT THE POINTS. It usually isn't as bad as you think. Just be accountable, get a grip, check reality, mark it down and MOVE ON!!! You really can eat anything you want, in reasonable quantities and make it work! You wouldn't fling yourself down a flight of steps if you slipped down one, right? You wouldn't break ALL your china if you accidentally broke one piece, right? You wouldn't continue driving off the road or into the wrong lane if you veered slightly off course (and hit those rumble strips) on a road would you??????? You wouldn't keep going in the WRONG direction if you KNEW you made a wrong turn on a long trip, right????? If you have a minor slip up, LEARN FROM IT, ACCOUNT FOR IT (count the points), make a PLAN so it won't happen again, and dust yourself off and KEEP MOVING FORWARD!!!!!!

I have learned that I cant feel sorry for myself, I just have to say.. its okay... and move on... otherwise the pitty party starts and when I feel bad for myself, i eat more.. its a vicious cycle!!! Good luck getting back on track... its harder than most people think... especially motivating myself to get to the gym!!!!! You have been so great so far!! I have been following your progress!!! It actually motivated me to get back on track with my workouts and stop making silly excuses!!!!
