Baking for Dummys Question...
I am baking a giant cupcake in a silicon mold and the cake recipe says to grease the dish/pan...do i still need to greast a silicon *pan*?

I think the beauty of the silicone molds is that they don't stick. So you don't have to, but if you are nervous, maybe spray some pam on a paper towel and lightly wipe the inside. Just remember not to use knives with them.

the silicon pans are really good, but instead of pam, i use BAKERS JOY FLOUR SPRAY. nothing sticks with that stuff. so much better than pam.
its in the baking aisle but really for a silcon pan you dont need it.
