Jeans are a better indicator of my weight then the scale!
I went on the scale tuesday am at the gym (even the guys has this scale stinks and makes you weigh more- but I figured it would go down)
Well I was up 1lb since the last time I was on it
But yesterday when I looked in the mirror- I looked smaller
So I went home and tried on a pair of jeans that didn't fit last week
And they fit!
So no more scale
The number doesn't matter anyway!

I should try that bc Im really mad at my scale right now and we are going to have it out soon bc it refuses to budge despite all my relly hard work.

Yes you should!
I am short and muscular...if you saw me and then I told you what the scale said you would not believe it-
So the number on the scale is not go to go by imo...clothes are much better! Jeans can't lie- they either button or they don't!

The scale isnt an accurate way to track yourself. If you are doing a lot of exercising the scale may not budge....I always used my skinny jeans as my tracker

I saw a nutritionist a while back who said to only go based on my clothes, not the scale.
(oh, and at that time I owned THREE scales and used all of them!!  )... Scales are never accurate- that's why I used 3 and took an average!
