Eggs not fully hardboiled?
This is the most random question ...
DH hard boiled a few eggs for me to take for breakfast throughout the week--well I ate one today but it was not ALL the way hard--whites were soft--inside of yolk a little undone.
I ate it anyway
#1 will I get sick?
#2 can I Put the other eggs in some boiled water to get them fully hard or should I toss them when I get home?
TIA

They are soft boiled eggs. They are delicious and one of my favorite ways to have eggs. You will not get sick.
I've never eaten cold soft boiled eggs and I don't know how long they keep. I like them warm in a bowl with torn up buttered toast and salt and pepper.

Thanks--it tasted good but it was kind of hard to get the egg white off the shell
