Make your own tortilla chips?

Has anyone ever done this with regular flour tortillas? How do they turn out and how do you make them?

I love them, even more than store bought....I like them plain so I just cut them in triangles and bake them on a cookie sheet.

You may also mix some olive oil and any seasonings you want and then mix the tortilla slices and bake that way.

thanks! I'm bringing homemade salsa to a party tomorrow and though homemade chips would be a good addition.

I often brush them with olive oil and sprinkle some cajun type seasonings on them before baking, also, I like pita chips done the same way (Split the pitas first before baking) them are always a big hit!!!

I just slice the tortillas and them season them with salt and pepper and drizzle some olive oil on top and bake them in the oven. I love them this way so much better than store bought.
