WW online and WW meal question
Hi, I just had DC #2 and want to drop those stubborn last few pounds, plus maybe 5 extra. Anyway, with 2 children under 2, I am not going to have a lot of time to attend meetings, so I thought of doing the online thing. I''m very committed to working out and always have been, so that motivation is not an issue. I''m on maternity leave, so when I return to work in a few weeks, I need to do what I can to keep things simple. My question is, if I eat the WW meals for lunch and dinner a few times per week, is that going to help the weight loss cause? I pretty much understand that learning how to eat right is the idea, but sometimes I just need quick and simple and thought that would make life a lot easier if I could on occasion pop it in the microwave. I''m already following the Gestational diabetes diet that I did while pregnant, but I wanted to add in WW in a few weeks to keep myself on the right track. Also, what does the online membership give you? Thanks.

Re: WW online and WW meal question
I have a relatively large appetite. I don't find all their meals so filling, but I probably have more points to use than use (since you only have a little weight to loose).
That being said, I do eat the WW meals for lunch about 2-3x per week. For dinner, I want something fresh.
If I were to have one for dinner, I would also have a salad along side it.

Thanks for the info! I have to figure out how many points I'm allowed first. I just want to make sure I can cancel after a month or 2 if it's not for me, i see they continue to bill you each month.

Re: WW online and WW meal question
I would check out the lean cuisine meals. One day I decided to check out the nutritional information and the lean cuisines actually had less calories and sodium than the smart ones. I was pretty surprised.

Funny you mentioned this, I just bought 12 of these since they were on sale!! And I noticed they are now saying they're preservative-free. Thanks!!
