Has anyone ever stayed at an all inclusive in Costa Rica? Any recommendations?

Re: Costa Rica
I stayed at an all-inclusive for one night and I thought it was weird (for lack of a better word). We had stayed at a friend's beach house all week and needed a place to crash on the way back to San Jose airport. After spending so much time seeing the "real" Costa Rica I felt like the people at the resort did not get a true feel for what CR is really about. Hope that makes sense. Where in CR are you thinking of going?

Re: Costa Rica
I stayed at the Tabacon resort but it wasn't all inclusive. I recommend it. They have beautiful hot springs and a wonderful spa. Very reasonably priced as well. Even if you pay for food.drinks separately, the total price is pretty low. We did a bunch of excursions and had a great time.
My friends just came back from the four seasons in costa rica and they were raving about it too.

Re: Costa Rica
We did not stay at an all inclusive, but I HIGHLY recommend the place we stayed at.
My Costa Rica Review
Honestly, DH and I have traveled ALOT, and this was by far our most favorite place.
